This page is for my use to be able to gather all information about you and your guests that you would like me to acknowledge during the event such as introducing them during the ceremony grand entrance. I will have this in front of me when we do talk by phone, maybe two weeks before the event to create the agenda or timeline of the event.
This is a very critical part of the wedding planning, and I will appreciate it very much if we could have a verbal conversation either over the phone or in person. I really want the opportunity to have a 30-minute conversation to hear you pronounce the names to me so I can write them down on my sheet phonetically, so I get it right over the microphone. I would also like to use this time to bounce ideas back and forth of how you want the event to unfold. Please keep in mind, there is no right agenda or wrong agenda, just Your agenda. We do not have to cut the cake after the parent’s dance. I will just advise you how other brides/grooms have laid out their agenda and you can choose how you want it. All I will do is offer the pros and cons.
