As a rule of thumb, place older people at tables further from the sound system, and younger people (except children) near the work area.
Should be poured for the Head Table before the Bridal Party arrives.

As a rule, I usually will eat at the event however, I will eat at my work area so as a special seat is not needed.
As a rule, most photographers are on a strict timetable so it is imperative that we try to work the events in before your photographers time runs out. I will stay in close contact with you and the photgrapher.
None should be taken right after dinner. This should be done after cake cutting & first dance when the dance floor is open. Otherwise you bore your guests and drag out the meal too long.
Have someone turn the lights off or down when dancing starts and up when bouquet / garter events occur, then turn down again upon completion.
If the volume from my sound system is too soft or loud, have someone let me know. Since I am situated behind the speakers, the sound I hear is lower and somewhat muffled.
